Again a great entry. Thanks for taking the effort to go through the ING PUA site in India. We recently rolled a PUA out in Hong Kong and definitely we will and are taking some of your somments into account already in Hong Kong. I will further notify our India business about some of your "ringtone" observations and will get back on the improvements!

We really appreciate your feedback and the time spent on our site. As a result, we have reviewed the site and have decided to implement certain additions at the backend and also implement certain changes in the process, including one where all messages will first be sent to the moderator. It is only after approval that they will be live on the site. We are also setting up a team to review your suggestions on user interface and content relevance on the site. It has been our endeavor to empower our customers and also help our financial consultants increase their business network. You are right that the challenge is content management and constantly engaging the community. We recognize this and hope to continuously improve our service and customer experience.
