Have you already tried Accoona? It is a new internet search service, launched last week.
It is led by Eckhard Pfeiffer, former Chief Executive of Compaq and Gary Kasparov is a shareholder. Accoona attracted more than $100m in backing.
It allow users to easily narrow their searches to particular sites, time periods, countries and other criteria to product more relevant results.
It is also launching a Chinese site, and plans a European site.
Great to see another contender is trying to compete with Google. I have noticed that the name of the company is again with 2 O like Google, Yahoo, and so many other sites. I also know a meta travel search engine which has the eyes on the logo as well www.togol.com.

Another contender to compete with Google...funny that this new venture has adopted again the double O like Google for the name of its company. I know another one called Togol is the same with the eyes on the logo...
