GlobeFunder recently closed its seed round of equity financing.
GlobeFunder is the online lending engine for small loans globally (preview at www.globefunder.com), headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan. GlobeFunder’s new beta transactions platform will launch in the US in October 2007 and in a large developing market globally later this year. Several other markets globally will be created for GlobeFunder in the first part of 2008.
Our focus is helping consumers globally with lower borrowing costs while providing a new marketplace for investors to earn profitable returns exceeding other similar investment strategies. We are also building partnerships with leading financial institutions and microfinance institutions across the globe to help reach new customers and provide more lending liquidity in our global marketplace.
Millions of borrowers seek microloans across the globe to fund their entrepreneurial efforts, but limited loan funding limits their opportunities. GlobeFunder will help correct the market imbalances.
We are also building our business in Michigan, a state which has been criticized in recent years for its economic malaise. We have found Michigan’s support of GlobeFunder to be a great story thus far of rebirth.
We would be pleased to speak to you further about GlobeFunder. Please let me know when we may schedule a call with you. You can also learn more about us on a recent blog (www.sociallendingwatch.com). Thank you.
Best regards,
Brian Mullally

Please take the time to review One 2 One Lending's concept.
Many of us know someone who has borrowed money from a friend or family member. Good idea? Sure, if everything turns out as everyone thought (or hoped) it would. Unfortunately, there are times when the loan is not repaid and bad blood develops.
One 2 One Lending was established to help remove the stress from what is otherwise a good idea and to help the parties get the loan repaid in a timely manner.
By properly documenting the loan and helping service the loan payments, our customers
now have a tool to help them through all of the considerations when entering a private
loan transaction. There are many factors, such as the length of the loan, payment amount, interest rate, security and possible late charges that must be considered when preparing to enter into a lending relationship. Often we forget to write these details down which can give rise to future
misunderstandings.
One 2 One Lending’s interactive website (www.one2onelending.com) allows the customer to stay in charge of the loan preparation and servicing by providing the proper tools and information to build and collect the loan. Additionally, we can provide the customer with ongoing reports that track the loan payments so that our customers can leave the month to month loan matters to us.
One 2 One Lending provides a menu of self directed services that provides the tools to create a schedule of loan payments, prepare a promissory note, bill and collect loan payments, set up email payment reminders and establish security for the loan.
