Thanks for your kind words Tom.
I do my best to change the banking industry perception of web 2.0: nowadays people want to express themselves, and they expect their financial partners to listen to them.
We need to see the web 2.0 features (such as podcasts, rss feeds, blogging & social networking platforms) as an excellent opportunity to meet our new client expectations.
User-generated content is only a threat if you don't respond to an angry customer... And why would you do that? It is a great OPPORTUNITY to:
* Show you care,
* Win a customer back, and
* Communicate a positive image to all your customers!
